Armor Correctional Health Services, Inc., is partnering with the Glades County Sheriff’s Office to provide healthcare services at the new correctional facility opening in mid 2007. Armor is seeking highly-motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

February 16, 2007 - Miami, FL - Armor Correctional Health Services’ Medical Director honored for improved medical services
Armor Correctional Health Services’ Medical Director of the Brevard County Jail Complex, Dr. Milton Smith, was presented with a plaque of recognition for his dedication to service at the Brevard County Jail Complex. Dr. Smith was recognized for his professional health care services in correctional facilities.

As Medical Director of the Brevard County Jail Complex, Dr. Smith is in charge of overseeing the comprehensive medical care of inmates.

Armor Correctional Health Services is honored to announce it has entered into a contract with the Sheriff of Glades County for the provision of inmate health care at the new Glades County correctional facility. As a physician owned company, Armor is committed to providing quality and efficient inmate healthcare through a dedicated team of clinicians and support staff. The Glades County contract will begin upon completion of construction on the new Glades County correctional facility, mid 2007.
November 15, 2006 — Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Kenneth M. Palombo Appointed as CAO
Armor Correctional Health Services, Inc. announces the appointment of Kenneth M. Palombo as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Ethics Officer. Palombo brings to Armor over 15 years of experience in the legal, health care and religious non-profit sectors. His responsibilities will include the supervision of legal, compliance, corporate governance and regulatory issues and all administrative functions of the company.

Prior to joining Armor, Palombo served as Vice President for Prison Health Services, in the following positions, Vice President Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary and Vice President Business Development and Marketing.
Palombo received a B.S. in political science and cinematic arts from Brigham Young University in Utah where he graduated cum laude and a law degree from the University of Tennessee.
August 28, 2006 — Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Bruce Teal promoted to CEO
Armor Correctional Health Services, Inc. today announced the promotion of Bruce Teal as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Teal has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in the health care and public accounting industries, as well as 14 years of managerial experience in supplying correctional health care services to state and local governmental entities and private behavioral health organizations. Previously, he was Armor’s Chief Financial Officer.
“We are pleased to have Bruce assume the leadership of our dynamic and resourceful prison health care team. His proven management skills and years of experience will lead Armor in its mission of providing cost effective and expanded health care to government institutions” said Dr. Jose Armas, Chairman.
Prior to joining Armor, Teal served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Correctional Medical Management, LLC. He has directed numerous health care implementations for multi-site jails and prison systems, including budgetary responsibilities in excess of $500 million for an incarcerated population of more than 200,000 inmates.
Teal replaces outgoing CEO, Doyle H. Moore who had led the company since its founding and initial organization. Moore was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma and will remain as a consultant to the company.
Teal received a B.S. in accounting from Western Kentucky University. He is a board member of Centerstone Behavioral Health, Inc. He resides in Miami Beach.
