The Armor corporate philosophy is controlled growth. Armor takes on new business carefully, making sure we satisfy current clients first and foremost. We originated in Florida, where we have a number of clients. Armor is strategically adding new clients and expanding to new states.

• NCCHC - Broward, Escambia, Hillsborough, Martin, Palm Beach, Santa Rosa, Sarasota and St. John’s Counties
• American Correctional Association - Broward, Hillsborough, Palm Beach Counties and the Virginia Dept. of Corrections

ACHIEVEMENTS:
The average size of an Armor contract is approximately 1,675 inmates, in each facility where we provide staffing and services. We employ nearly 1,800 health care providers and support staff.
Armor has never failed to maintain full accreditation. This includes facilities that are first time applicants, as well as facilities where programs were on probation at the time we assumed management.
Armor has transitioned contracts in less than 30 days when required. We have improved staffing levels immediately, with smooth transitions featuring maximum retention of existing staff. Each Armor client, past and present, is an active reference.

Training and career advancement are the foundation of the Armor culture. We have a very high number of staff with the Certified Correctional Health Professional designation (NCCHC-CCHP). This affords clients the best quality services. Several employees are part of governing bodies, such as ACA and NCCHC.
