RN
General Duties: Evaluate and provide comprehensive nursing care in a correctional facility setting while observing and maintaining the requirements of security at the facility including but not limited to: Crisis intervention, medical emergencies, physical assessment, and medical nursing care.
Qualifications: Graduate of a licensed school of nursing and hold current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, in the state where the correctional facility is located. Minimum of (1) year experience preferred in a correctional setting or acute care environment required. Applicants must possess CPR certificate.

LPN
General Duties: Perform appropriate nursing care in a correctional facility setting based on the standards of care established. Accurately collects data pertinent to health of inmate prior to receiving Physical Examinations.
Qualifications: Graduate from a national or state approved school of Vocational Training. Licensed to practice in the state where jail is located. Minimum (1) year experience preferred in a correctional setting or/acute care environment. Applicants must possess CPR certificate.

ARNP- Mental Health
General Duties: Perform mental health evaluations upon referral. Provides Individual and group sessions. Monitors inmates on suicide precautions and all inmates segregated from the general population.
Qualifications: Current Licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, in good standing, to practice in the state where the facility is located. A minimum of two years experience in mental health required. Applicants must hold current CPR or ACLS certificate.

Director of Nursing
General Duties: Coordinates, monitors, and provides compliance with Armor and Correctional Facility’s rules and regulations. Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff. Establishes work schedules, assign duties for nursing staff.
Qualifications: BSN. Masters degree in nursing preferred. Three years supervisory experience preferably in a correctional setting. Current RN license, in good standing, in the state where the correctional facility is located is required.

Medical Records Clerk
General Duties: Process screening sheets into charts, follow policy and procedure for transport list. Employee maintains "Phone Duty" for medical records dept. and conduct chart duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school Diploma/ GED. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.

Medical Assistant
General Duties: Assist the Charge Nurse with clerical/medical duties as assigned in the health care unit.
Qualifications: Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience in a healthcare. High School diploma, Medical terminology training, and good organizational skills needed.

Nurse Supervisor
General Duties: Under the direction of the Assistant Health Service Administrator, administers the Nursing Programs to the health care Units. Completes the accurate daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports and submits them to HSA.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse in the state of in which the Correctional facility is located. Correctional nursing or two years of administrative experience preferred. Applicant must hold CPR/ACLS certificate.

Psychiatric Nurse

Dentist
General Duties: Performs routine cleaning, drilling, filing and extraction of teeth in accordance with Armor 's dental policies and the American Dental Association guidelines.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of dental medicine, currently licensed in the state in which the correctional facility is located. One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.

Dental Assistant
General Duties: Assist the dentist in performing dental examinations and treatment. Evaluates and screens inmates that may need dental hygiene or care.
Qualifications: Graduate from accredited dental assistant program. Registered or certified by professional associations.

Health Services Administrator
General Duties: Serves as the administrative manager responsible for the delivery of contract services with their assigned facility, this includes supervision of personnel, budget and liaison of services. Administrator works in conjunction with the Project Manager, Director of Nursing, the Medical Director and other health care professionals, to provide high quality service to the client and the patients.
Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare administration, nursing, public administration or equivalent Academic background. Minimum of two years administrative/supervisory experience in a correctional health care environment preferred. Experience in short-term and long-term planning, budgeting and contracting is required.

Medical Director
General Duties: Responsible for all Medical Audit and Quality Improvement functions. Responsible for delivery of clinical services and works in collaboration with Administrative staff to ensure focused medical process.
Qualifications: Maintains a current state and DEA License. Prefer Board Certified, will consider Board Eligibility based on level of experience. Experience in managed care, preferably in a correctional environment and CPR certification required.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
General Duties: Responsible for intake assessments and recognition of serious illnesses and /emergency conditions requiring transfer to outside facility. Employee reports patient condition changes to the Supervising Nurse and or Physician.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED &EMT Certification. Knowledge of Medications would be desirable. Ability to work with minimum supervision required. Applicant must have basic computer skills and must maintain CPR certification.
